Kira oversees RX3’s value add investment strategy across its deal and operating teams. She leverages a decade of marketing experience in the consumer sector in sourcing and diligence, and supports portfolio companies with strategy, partnerships, and influencer relations. Prior to RX3, she served as Vice President of Brand Strategy at enterprise marketing agency Power Digital, where she supported in scaling the firm 2x in revenue as a member of senior management, and through its process with Court Square Capital Partners, which backed the firm in 2022. Prior to that, she was a founding team member at Covet PR, which she supported in building to its acquisition by Power Digital in 2020.
