Nate Raabe is the co-founder and Managing Partner of RX3 Growth Partners. Previously, he was Managing Director of Roth Capital Partner's private capital group, overseeing deal sourcing, valuation analysis, and distribution for private companies. Nate also serves as CIO for his family investments, Managing Partner for A&N Ventures, and holds board roles with Therabody, Hydrow, and Taxa Outdoors. Nate graduated from Santa Clara University with a BA in Finance.

Aaron Rodgers, a leading NFL quarterback, is the co-founder and General Partner of RX3 Growth Partners. Aaron brings with him strategic insight and a proven track record of successful business ventures. He leverages his extensive network and influence to provide access to premium investment opportunities and support existing RX3 portfolio companies.

Byron Roth is Chairman and CEO of Roth Capital Partners, where he has led the firm in raising over $100 billion for small-cap companies and advising on numerous mergers and acquisitions. He is a co-founder of RX3, RIVI Capital, Aceras Life Sciences, Cortina Asset Management, and EAM Investors. Byron also serves on numerous academic and nonprofit boards, including the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and the Boys and Girls Club of America. He has been honored with awards such as the Elephant Cooperation Annual Honoree, the Athletes First Classic Golden Heart Award, and the Challenged Athletes Foundation's Heroes, Heart, and Hope Gala Honoree.

Andrew Costa is a Partner at RX3, where he leads all aspects of the fund’s investment process, including sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to RX3, Andrew was Chief Investment Officer at Roth Capital Partners, overseeing early-stage venture investments. He also held senior roles at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, where he led landmark M&A and equity transactions in the retail, marketplace, and eCommerce sectors. Andrew is a board member of Kroma Wellness and a serial SPAC sponsor under the Roth CH franchise. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.

Luke is a Vice President at RX3, where he supports the firm’s investment process. Prior to RX3, Luke was an associate at North Point Mergers and Acquisitions, advising leading consumer and retail brands. He earned a BA from Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, where he was a three-year starter on the football team.

Kristen is a Brand Strategy Coordinator at RX3 and leads the fund's value-add operations, supporting portfolio companies across go-to-market strategies, strategic partnerships, and digital innovation. Before joining RX3, Kristen was a Business Development Leader at IBM, where she led go-to-market initiatives and provided strategic advisory to IBM’s technology partner ecosystem, spanning enterprise to growth-stage companies. She also supported consumer clients and account teams as a Solution Seller. Kristen holds dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Tricia is the Executive Director of the RX3 Foundation, where she leads all annual fundraising efforts including event strategy, budgeting, partner activations, and stakeholder engagement. With two decades of experience in social impact, brand marketing, and event activation, she previously served as VP of Customer Success at Thanx, a Sequoia-backed startup, and spent eight years at Chevron managing large-scale sports partnerships and corporate responsibility initiatives. Tricia has also worked with top brands like Nike, Target, and Adidas and was a Division 1 soccer team captain at the University of Colorado, where she graduated with a BA in Communications.

Kevin Hart is a globally recognized comedian, actor, and entrepreneur, known for his dynamic presence in entertainment and his savvy investments across various industries. As the founder of Hartbeat Ventures, Kevin has built a leading investment fund that focuses on supporting and scaling high-growth companies in consumer, entertainment, media, and technology. Hartbeat Ventures is dedicated to identifying innovative opportunities and empowering diverse entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on platforms that drive social impact and inclusivity. Through all of his ventures, Kevin continues to leverage his influence and expertise to create lasting value, both in business and beyond.

Vanessa Hudgens is a multi-talented actress, singer, and entrepreneur with a diverse career spanning both entertainment and business. Beyond her acting career, Vanessa has successfully ventured into business, creating and growing multiple brands across lifestyle, fashion, and wellness. She is passionate about supporting innovative brands and founders while building meaningful partnerships.

Raissa Gerona is the Chief Brand Officer at RVLV Group (NYSE: RVLV), overseeing the marketing strategy for REVOLVE.com and FWRD.com. She co-founded Alliance Apparel, acquired by REVOLVE in 2014, and has been instrumental in pioneering the company’s influencer marketing strategy and influencer marketing at-large, driving brand growth through social media and experiential events. Raissa has led collaborations with global influencers like Chrissy Teigen, Nicole Richie, and Aimee Song, continuing to shape RVLV Group’s brand strategy to connect with the next-generation consumer. She holds a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine.

Digital Brand Architects (DBA) is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in influencer marketing, brand strategy, and content creation. Known for its innovative approach to building authentic, long-term partnerships between brands and influencers, DBA has helped transform the digital landscape by connecting brands with top-tier talent across social platforms. With a focus on elevating brand presence through powerful storytelling, DBA provides tailored strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand loyalty. Their expertise spans across industries including beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle, positioning them as a trusted partner for global brands.

Kira Jackson is the Chief Brand Officer of SET ACTIVE. She previously served as RX3’s Head of Partnerships, where she developed and oversaw the firm’s value-add strategy, supporting portfolio companies across marketing, partnerships, and influencer relations. With over a decade of relevant experience, Kira was VP of Brand Strategy at Power Digital, helping scale the agency 2x in revenue and guiding its acquisition by Court Square Capital Partners. She was also a founding team member at Covet PR, which was acquired by Power Digital in 2020. Kira is an investor and advisor to several notable consumer brands.

Paul L. Kessler is a seasoned venture capitalist and financier with over 30 years of experience providing growth capital to domestic and international companies. As the Principal and Founder of Bristol Capital Advisors, LLC, he has overseen more than 750 investment transactions in emerging growth companies, private equity, and venture capital. Paul has expertise in biotechnology, technology, energy, and consumer sectors, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has been a guest speaker at prominent forums, including UCLA Anderson School of Management and Pepperdine University, and has attended executive programs at Harvard and Stanford Business Schools.

Alex is the co-founder, Executive Chairman, and Managing Partner of Revitate, an alternative investment management firm focused on sports, real estate, and consumer brands. He is also the owner and Alternate Governor of the Portland Thorns and Portland’s WNBA team, and co-owner and Executive Director of Sacramento Basketball Holdings, which owns the Sacramento Kings, Golden 1 Center, and Downtown Commons. Alex serves on the boards of Mark IV Capital, Aspyr Holdings, Gen Next, and the Young President Organization California Coast Chapter. Previously, he led the largest private equity-backed acquisition in the swimwear industry as President of RAJ Swim. Alex holds a BA from UCLA, an MBA from USC, and completed the President's Program in Leadership at Harvard Business School.

David Knotek is the co-founder and former CEO of Chemical Guys, a leader in high-end car care products and customer engagement. David immigrated to the United States in 1990 and received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1997. In 2019, David was honored with a Leadership Award from Vistage, where he has been a member since 2011 to mentor numerous start-ups. A philanthropist, he also supports entrepreneurship for underserved youth, funding the first Innovation Lab at the Port of Los Angeles Boys and Girls Club. He is also disrupting the pay-to-play model in youth soccer through new non-profit initiatives.

Aaron is a former professional athlete, entrepreneur, and investor with a dynamic background in venture capital, consumer products, technology, and wellness. He is the founder of Klutch Financial Corp. and Kommunity Fitness, and has played a key role in over $5B in IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions. A former professional soccer player for the Vancouver Whitecap's and Canada's national team, Aaron couples a competitive spirit with deep business acumen and a dedication to fitness and mentorship.
